Our large, turfed, dog park is a popular daily gathering spot after work for you and your pet.

Our property is off of Briarwood Rd in the city of Brookhaven.

Streets are comprised of Clarendon Way (our entrance), Limehurst Drive, and Weldonberry Drive.
Special Assessments
We have never had the need for unexpected special assessments and do not see any need for them in the future at this time.
Pest Control
The Association dues include exterior pest control of each unit (quarterly), termite & bond, carpenter bee treatments (seasonally), comprehensive mosquito property-wide (seasonally) by Northwest Exterminating.
Utility Providers
Google Fiber, AT&T, and Comcast service our Community for internet.
Dekalb Watershed, Georgia Power, Georgia Natural Gas, and Gas South provide utilities.
Rental Cap
Our Homeowners voted to approve an Amendment implementing a rental cap of 25%.

A waitlist is in place and has not been activated as the number of grandfathered permits has not dropped under the threshold yet.

Security cameras throughout the property and accent/security lighting eliminating dark areas.

All exterior maintenance of units is Homeowner responsibility except for:

Maintaining and Protecting Values
We take our role seriously and are structured to be forward thinking, strategically positioned, and proactive to ensure home valuations are protected and that we are able to offer our neighbors financial peace of mind from unexpected special assessments, increases in dues, or lack transparency.

Our Board engages with an engineering firm every 2-3 years to update our reserve study, works with a third party accounting firm for financial planning, and has been able to operate for our entire history without special assessments.

Each year we thoughtfully execute projects to maintain, update, and enhance the Community; not only for enjoyment of our residents, but to keep that "newly constructed" and fresh appearance.
